• Drove $5 million in projected cost savings through strategic efforts flattening management layers and increasing management accountability, restructuring and consolidating more than 20% of regional division field operations, successfully placing 93% of field directors into new roles, and bolstering organizational efficiencies and effectiveness; changed business paradigm among front-line management by building fast-track development and mentoring programs;
