As a Key Holder/Sales Lead, I set the example for all front end customer service. I welcome every customer as they enter the store, answer any customer related questions, process all POS transactions, all while addressing any issues that may arise in the store. My responsibilities include maintaining cashier accountability, key control and verifying all policies and procedures are followed properly. As with authorizing exchanges, returns and overrides. I also receive inventory from vendors, verify and accept all inventory using HHT system. Lastly, as primary store closer, I secure the premises by locking down the store, unlock the safe to collect all deposits, count out the change fund and balance all tills for the night shift. I then document all totals, run all reports, shut down all POS systems and clock out before setting the store alarm. With the alarm set, I make sure I'm the last employee to exit the door, then securely lock the store with my key.

As a cook, I created customized Turkish style pizza and salads to fill orders using direct sales, phone and apps like Grubhub. I was responsible for helping librarians maintain and organize the children, teen and adult sections of library.
