Dispatcher Aug 2016 – Sep 2021

Directing drivers, street supervisors, and maintenance personnel while on the road to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of Metro service.

Utilizing a PC-based computer dispatching system, a radio system, and a vehicle location system keeps track of the increasing number of disabled patron pick-ups that occur each service day.
