Executive Assistant- Duties;
-Communicates with the Chief of Staff and coordinates logistics with meetings both internally and externally.
-Assists Chief of Staff in the preparation and details pertaining to the Executive Director and Board of Directors business trips arrangements, including air and ground transportation, lodging and meals.
-Provides smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
-Maintains confidentiality of Authority’s Board of Directors’ matters, especially those pertaining to litigation, real estate, negotiations and personnel.
-Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
-Ensures that CEO’s documentation is prepared and ready for accompaniment with CEO at various events.
-Available to transport and provide personal security for CEO to and from designated locations to attend outside events, meetings and engagements.
-Deliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic area.
SAFETY AND TRAINING SUPERVISOR- Duties;
-Provide clerical support to safety department
-Assist in collecting, verifying and entering data for reports
-Maintains all employee training and safety files
-Ensures accurate record keeping including pulling notices

-BTW training for new & existing employees
-Assists with all video software database
-Reviewing and investigating video surveillance

-Assuring operators clock in on time.
-Observance of each operators uniform according to company policies.
-Distribution of daily assignments to bus operators.
-Stating daily reminders to bus operators about safety and update them on reroutes, construction zones, and closed roads.
-Observing call outs and covering open assignments.
-Keeping continues radio communication w/ operators, street supervisors, mechanics/ shop department.
-Sending service alerts via email to Transportation Management, Safety Coordinator, Mechanics/ Shop Department, Customer service Department, C.O.O also C.E.O.
-Monitoring 20- 40 bus unit’s locations, time points, and destinations through Indra System.
-Working close w/ Savannahs Police Department to maintain safe and orderly environment for staff and customers.
-Administering disciplinary action such as coaching sessions, write ups and Administrative leaves.
-Logging of all payroll hours into Trapeze systems.
STREET SUPERVISOR- Duties;
-Monitoring bus pull out times from Cat Central location and Transit Center location.
-Street vison on any construction, road blocks or safety hazards for operators.
-Sending pictures via email to Control room of potential delayed areas due to construction, traffic, accidents, or road blocks.
-Keeping continues radio communication w/ operators and Control room of street findings or operator findings
-Use of 10 codes.
-Onsite to all accident scenes.
-Conducting accident and incident reports.
-Creating safe zones at accident locations speaking with operator, customers and Police.
-Performing Behind the Wheel Performance Reports, Trail Checks and transporting operators to drug screening tests.
-Performing coaching sessions, write ups and one day leave.
-Administering quick reroutes.
-Monitoring Transit Center platform maintaining safe and orderly environment including assisting customers with bus route information.
-Provide operators assistance with Indra system logins and fare box issues.
YARD PIPER CREW LEADER- Duties;
-Collecting daily assignments from Project Manager.
-Assessing daily assignments and prepare a strategy to complete each task.
-Collecting necessary materials and inventory.
-Performing the inspection of vehicles and materials before departure.
-Leading a crew of up to three individuals to multiple work sites.
-Creating safe environments such as Safe Zones with proper traffic work signs and cones.
-Overseeing to ensure and enforce Safety Protocols.
-Recognizing individuals’ strengths and weaknesses and assign duties accordingly.
-Keeping contact with project manager on progress or problems.
-Communicating concerns and discuss solutions between team and project manager.
-Ensuring each assignment is completed to company standards and communicate to project manager completion of tasks.
DIRECT CARE PROVIDER- Duties;
-Supervision of individuals with mental and or physical disabilities.
-Assessing each individual’s weaknesses and strengths.
-Assisting in strengthening each weakness.
-Overseeing up to four individuals’ complete certain developmental tasks and skills specific to their particular skill or mental deficiency.
-(Ex) Allowing individuals with the ability of mathematics balance their own bank accounts with my close supervision I assist with proper budgeting with how much money should be spent for his groceries, extra-curricular activities and holiday gift spending.

-Examining our work site to assign each crew member a task to complete the work load.
-Overseeing the application of job requirements according to company standards.
-Communicating with dispatcher details of phase completion and estimated time of completion ETA.
-Verbal motivation and encouragement to each crew member to ensure adequate service.
