I am the senior Superintendent, and mentor the younger supers. I help with their scheduling and follow up with sub trades with them if they are not receiving any answers.

I work with the buyers, sub trades, inspectors, and all agents to make sure the buyers have the best experience they can.

I oversaw the new phase infrastructure, with our land development site super for construction. This way I was able to answer questions that needed answered, on site.
