Designed and supervised STEM multicultural curriculum for third-seventh graders to introduce basic principles of aviation to underrepresent and underserved populations. Significant Accomplishments:

Improved diversity in STEM and student outcomes by creating a STEM pipeline in which two local HBCUs provided robotic and other STEM demonstrations for marginalized communities with HUD and other agencies available to allow parents to apply for needed services, and development collaborations with military organizations such as Air Force Communications and Electronic Association (AFCEA) to provide aviation basic training using drones.

• Coordinated partnerships with military, corporations, and agencies to provide resources and opportunities to improve participation among underrepresented and underserved students in STEM.
