Professional Experiences and skills

June 2016 till now: Station Manager (TUNISAIR HANDLING Monastir Airport):

-Oversee all stations operations including ramp, cabin cleaning services, Ground support equipment and customer services.

-Direct support staff and manage schedules to ensure suitable staffing for all operations.

-Maintain working relationships with customers and provide prompt responses to service requests.

-Be responsible for the station’s budgetary and financial responsibilities.

-Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers.

-I have a very close contact with many airport services like staff Immigration, Police and Civil Aviation.

July 2013-June 2016 : DUTY Manager (TUNISAIR HANDLING Enfidha Airport) :

-Supervise and direct the work of ramp team members as they unload/ Load.

-Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance, Loading instructions, aircraft loading manifest.

-Observe and enforce all TUNISAIR HANDLING and airline safety regulations as well as company policies.

-Assist with all ramp team duties (safety-security issues; baggage; cargo; aircraft servicing etc…) as needed.

-Assure that all Ground support equipment maintenance procedures are assigned and completed on each shift.

February 2009-July 2013 : Flight Dispatcher (TUNISAIR HANDLING Monastir/ENFIDHA Airport):

-Briefing the crew for the smooth operation of flights and operations within regulations.

-Ensuring all aspects of pre-flights, live flight and post-flight stages of each flight operations is achieved via the highest level of quality; safety and efficiency.

-I carefully plan the loading of the aircraft and do the weight and balance calculation for the aircraft.

-Analyzing and evaluating weather reports, Notams and other flight planning, determining maximum allowable take off and landing weight.

-Provide all the flight information to the PIC and crew.

May 2004-January 2008: Passenger Service Agent (TUNISAIR HANDLING Monastir Airport)

-Checking passengers and their baggage at the check-in counter and gates.

-Answer to inquiries regarding flight schedules and other questions as they arise.

-Actively involved with all passengers service duties in each area (check-in, boarding, police control...).

-Maintain gate security to ensure only property ticketed passengers access the Jetway.
