Train multiple times weekly on sales on Cardone University as well as Door to Door University. Required to memorize a script and practice in front of the entire team weekly to utilize while generating leads for a sales representative to come and close. Using door to door tracking apps I selected areas to go door to door. I also became familiar with scheduling and being aware of times that our closers had available to ensure someone went to each appointment. Following up via phone call, text, email and social media was a big part of my success in the industry.
