The covid pandemic took hold of the business environment and was a strain but we held our own by searching out new business and were on a steady rise back to our goals unfortunately the physical business was devastated by fire at its main facility. Due to several years of pressure, the owners decided to close the business.

Engagement Manager, IV

Tim was recruited to assist in saving a supercritical client (Costco Wholesale club). Toshiba purchased IBM’s retail division. Costco management knew Tim’s reputation from previous engagements and requested Tim by name. The goal was to bring self-checkout out of failure, unprofitability, and low customer satisfaction. Tim and the teams were able to turn around >6 months, resulting in the mandatory rollout for all locations and expansion internationally. Success was achieved. All this while also working in the same capacity with the nation’s largest grocer Kroger and others to rip the business from the hands of a complacent competitor.
