9.Monitor and verify all non-conformities raised and assist Management Team in taking effective corrective actions for their closure

10.Compile and provide input for preparation of the Department budgets and regularly monitor expenditure against approved the Section budget levels.

11.Contract Implement the Company Performance Management System for individuals within the Section in accordance with Company approved guidelines and continuously monitor the achievement of the Section KPIs related to the approved Annual Performance Management and the Balanced Score Card.

12.Regular contact with Turnaround Contractor its Sub-Contractors and Suppliers,

13.Frequent contact with Third Party Inspection Agencies

14.List procurement inspection criticality for various items and prepare audit schedules and vendor quality requirements. Review/Approval supplier/ Sub-contractor quality plan, review and approval project material certification.

15.Preparation of Technical Documentation for Pre-Qualification and Registration of services.

16.Technical Evaluation and preparation of Tender documents, Attend Pre & Post clarification technical /quality meetings.

17.Indentify specific requirements in the contract, which require to addressed separately and need to controlled through specific procedures.

18.Review vendors documents like ITP (Inspection Test Plan), Painting and Coating Procedures, WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), Non destructive testing Procedures, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), performing review includes suitability to design conditions and verifying consumables suitability.

19.Co-ordinate all inspection requirements for Third Party Inspectors, Control the number of inspection visits to restrict to budgeted. Verify product for its compliance to approved data sheets and drawings and witness testing as per approved ITP.
