Upgrade SAP ECC, CRM, BI and Portal systems and all systems in landscape (including Test, DEV, QUA and PRD).

Upgrade SAP ECC with EHP1.

Upgraded CRM (Both ABAP and JAVA stack) from SP stack 12 to SP stack 18.

Upgraded ABAP stack with SPAM tool and upgraded java stack with the help of JSPM.

Upgraded Portal systems (EP) from Support pack Stack 12 to support pack stack 18 with the help of JSPM.

System copy of Portal System from production to build new test system to perform upgrade. System copy was done with Export/import method.

Upgraded BI test system with EHP1. Close coordination with all team members performing upgrade.

Captured documentation in detail for every upgrade.

Client copy, export/import, deletions.

Changed the Java Parameters either with Visual Admin or Configtool.

Worked with SDM (Software Deployment Manager) for deployment and undeployment of Java objects.
