Maintaining registers for Additions/deletions/change requests for the EDMS
Receiving IRF’s from Contractor; Kept update the log sheet & distribute to engineer’s
Submission and follow-up “Request for Inspection – RFI” and distribute the
Status to the QA&QC / Construction Team in the project
Liaising with project control team and assisting to planning engineers to update the EDMS (Wrench) system for Additions/Deletions/Desc. or document number changes whenever the modifications requests receiving the Engineering and construction sub-contractors and maintaining the appropriate registers for tracking.
Main task is to process all Vendor/Sub-contractors’ submissions with basic quality checks (Ensuring proper revision history including revision notification in drawings/documents, spelling & grammatical checks).
Distribution as per the internal document review distribution matrix per discipline.
Distribution of document backlog status (EDMS) report on daily basis to Engineering/Procurement/Project control mangers
