I am currently working Garda World and they wanted me to manage a post a DFW 7&9 warehouse In which they wanted me to to do this with only three days training They managers on post have went to school for IT Training and with the sporadic way of training are able to adapt with the proper training they've already received and IT schooling. The lack of no practice except one time, was i allow to use the information given me to do of the requirements that a manager need to perform while in operation. Then account manage lefty me with a manager whom want me to sit fifteen feet away and if I thought of any questions ask and he would answer them. I. was only getting three days of so called training with no practice at all Now as I already stated the people whom were able to step in after three days were people whom got practice time it the schooling they had received prior to excepting the manager position. i did not feel comfortable accepting this position with no practice prior to the offer so I informed the HR whom offer me the position that I didn't feel I was ready for this and my account manager agreed of course he knew that without the prior train that stepping in it three days was next to Impossible. The only practice is when someone comes in to the entryway and needs the manager to assist them with the sign in procedure that a manager was supposed to be trained on with no practice The pay rate stays the same for now. and the hours almost the same but the. have 40 hours I need Second shift is what I want from to Lot Driver for Auto Auction Unarmed Security Officer

I was accused by the local law in forcement claim I left my brand new truck under the bridge to walk down to the corner to the light where you would turn into the Company parking lot and I attempted to hijack some lady stopped at the light, This was just the local cops excuse to find out why i was living in a brand new pickup underneath the bridge, charges were dropped and I was charge with position fo a baseball bat just to cover the ass It was my brother son T Ball bat I laid on the bed I found and the charges were dropped after 90 days Laid off and no transportation I found the job with Midwestern
