Job Title: Business Analyst (Change Management)

Job Description:

ANGARAI is looking for a Business Analyst to support its projects with various government agencies. The Business Analyst would perform detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and perform some user acceptance testing.

Major Roles and Responsibilities

●Conduct a quick analysis of the Change Management (CM) Plan and provide gap identification with remedial suggestions.

●Assist with developing and/or providing documentation, current process flows and as built process flows, as well as other support materials for the Knowledge Management plan including CM activities and documents.

●Work with the project leads and develop a sustainment plan for ongoing adoption process and support by both Client users and vendors.

●Assist in the coordination of required CM activities across functional teams to support planning and execution.

●Recommend actions that will achieve high levels of stakeholder engagement, customer service, and quality of service through continual improvement methods and feedback.

●Assist in the design and implementation of marketing and messaging to the marketplace.

●Assist with the preparation and delivery of presentations, focus groups, town halls and/or demonstrations to interested parties.

●Assist in support of the design and delivery of communications and training.

●Other duties related to CM as necessary.

Background and Experience

●A Bachelor’s degree in business or in any related field. Master’s is preferred.

●Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

●Excellent documentation skills.

●Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

●Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

●Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.

●Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
