HOMEFINITY- FAIRWAY INDEPENDENT MORTGAGE CORPORATION OCT. 2020- SEPT. 2022 I was a 100% remote employee. I started out in Set up. I was responsible for opening orders, verifications & follow ups as needed. I was promoted to Loan Coordinator after 3 months. My responsibilities as a Loan Coordinator were to work closely with the client and Loan Officer to gather documents, prep and submit to processing and follow up on any items needed. I was a Loan Coordinator for one year and promoted to a Loan Processor. My duties as a Loan Processor were to pay close attention to detail, review file for any errors and match documentation, calculate income, verify credit report information, request documents needed from the client, prepare and submit the file to underwriting, meet deadlines, review title reports, run LP, DU, FG, update all info in Encompass and work closely with the client to the end to fund the loan in a timely manner.
