Launched North America program to support 430 delivery stations in North America and Canada across all time zones. Responsible for producing, SOP’s, SWCL, Key KPI’s for managing and directing package (inventory flow) day over day 365 days a year. Norgren GT 2010-2013 – Production Manager

Total production responsibility in 100,000sq ft. facility with 17 assembly lines and 300 different products being manufactured. Operating with a $500,000 budget, 5-7 direct reports and 200 assembly line technicians as well as a temporary work force when needed. Greatest contribution was heading process engineering team and converting the 17 straight assembly lines into U-shaped cells that impacted quality, (bring equipment with interlocks aiding in poka yoke) safety (adding in ergonomics to stations and equipment layout), and site footprint freeing up 25,000sq ft.

Toyo Tanso 2008-2010 – C.I. Manager

Managing C.I. across a 75,00sq ft. facility with 175 employees and 4 departments making up processing, production, Safety and quality utilizing a minimum budget. I held weekly Kaizen events, value stream mapped 15 core product lines and updated SOP’s. Value stream mapping our product lines resulted in 20% increase in our footprint as we were over processing and over qualifying our final products. We improved safety by 75% going from a slip, trip or fall weekly down to once a month. I also generated a 1.5milliong dollar revenue increase through minimizing process time and over handling of product.

PCC Structurals – 2001-2008 – Process Engineer

Process engineer in the NDT back end casting process for fracture critical parts in the aerospace industry, specifically for the F22 Raptor and the Boeing 737, 747 and 777. I was responsible for technique development, improvement, SOP creation and revisions. I was main POC for customer escalations regarding part defect identification and processing. Supervised a floor of 8 technicians during graveyard shift. I was POC for both east coast and west coast operations regarding inspection technique and execution.
