Recruitment & Retention – In 2021-2022 developed, implemented and led recruitment strategy and initiatives to decrease time to fill KPIs during pending merger. Reduced time to fill by 10% over a 12 month period. And led DEI Recruitment work-stream to develop and implement 2022 goals with a focus on employer brand including community outreach and focus on HBCUs to increase candidate pipeline in critical areas i.e., IT and Finance. Project Management and Analytics –
