EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

Office Manager/BOOKKEEPER, Hallman Recycling, LLC

4/1/2014— Present

Eatonton, GA

April of 2014 I began working for Hallman Recycling, LLC which is a metal scrap yard, an equipment buyer and seller, and the parent company of a residential home rental company and farm. In 2019 I remarried and moved to South Carolina. I still work for Hallman Recycling part time remotely. While working full time on location my duties changed daily. Below is a broad description of said duties.

Using Quickbooks, I maintain the complete bookkeeping system and day to day operations for all three companies mentioned above. I will lay them out accordingly. I am listed as a signer on all the accounts for each company, as well as personal accounts of my boss. He has placed the trust in me to be able to do any business on his behalf, both personal and corporate. I became a Notary Public to further my ability to help the company.

Hallman Recycling and Hallman Equipment

Maintain and reconcile three checking accounts, including payroll.

All facets of Human Resources including payroll entry, submission, monitoring and setting guidelines and schedules. I am very instrumental in the hiring and firing process. I created a company handbook with all sub parts that go along with it.

I set up, maintain, and lead monthly safety meetings to stay in compliance with OSHA and other safety industries.

I handle accounts payable and receivable which includes dealing with the larger scrap companies and freight liners to make sure deliveries are picked up, weighed, and accounted for for payment. Part of this includes some dispatching with drivers. I am the back up for the scale house, which is extensive customer service dealing with all types of customers bringing in all types of commodities that must be weighed separately and checks issued to the customers. This requires maintaining a working knowledge of all materials we purchase and sell. It requires the ability to deal with both small customers that may receive a $1.00 check, all the way to larger customers receiving tens of thousands of dollars. I draw up proposals and contracts for perspective customers and deal with them from the beginning to the end of their business with us.

I acquired my Georgia Used Car Dealership license to be able to manage the buying and selling of trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. I do all title work for vehicles sold, bill of sales, invoicing, etc. I deal directly with the customers that purchase from us which requires a working knowledge of the merchandise. I am the liaison for management and vendors within the AuctionTime process. I run some of the heavy equipment in our yard to help further my knowledge.

I do all ordering of supplies for the office, the scale house, and the mechanics.

I am very instrumental in the process of new contracts for the company. This includes but is not limited to insurance policies (worker’s comp, trucks, liability, etc.), payroll leasing and staffing companies, banking for loans for new equipment purchased, leasing equipment, building repairs and taxation amounts.

Paschal Properties (sub company, rental properties)

I advertise all vacant properties. I initiate the applications and the screening process for possible tenants. I drew up the rental agreements, and make sure they are signed and processed. I receive monthly rent payments and do collections when they are not made. I fill out paperwork when required for evictions and attend the court proceedings to finalize judgements and agreements.

I facilitate all rental repairs and renovations. I research and choose vendors.

Central Georgia Farms

I manage the labor used to run the farm.

I coordinate with local feed companies for the purchase and distribution of chemicals needed for the hay and the cattle that is raised on the farm.

I deal with all Department of Agricultural requirements and filings to maintain farm status.

Office Manager, Creative Enterprises, Inc.
