• Complete daily work orders and scheduled preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment.

• Performed service, repairs, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.• Performed quarterly preventative maintenances of HVAC systems to maintain proper working order.

• Install compressors, evaporators, motors, ducts, and piping as well as mechanical/electrical controls; Read and interpret blueprints/diagrams.

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on bearings, pumps, motors, shaft alignments and Fans; document all maintenance/repair actions and manage equipment records.

• Troubleshoot breakdowns and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems and components; utilize Measuring and testing instruments.

PUMPS:

• Maintenance in all types of pumps such as centrifugal, reciprocating and rotary pumps.

• Obtaining a complete check list of the dismantled equipment and keep a record of the same.

• Inspect the condition of rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflectors.
