Managed well known fast casual restaurant with an annual income of $900k.
Responsibilities included scheduling, food ordering, hiring, staff development, training, banking, inventory and cost control and opening and closing the restaurant.
Supervised a staff of 3 assistant managers and 15-18 hourly employees.
Increased sales from 900k to $1.5 million, which increased profit from 12.5% to 15%. This was accomplished through tighter cost controls, re-staffing, and re-training of the staff.
