Responsibilities include setting weekly sales goals in conjunction with the General Manager and the AGM.

Conduct weekly and monthly quality assurance audits to assure that the unit is kept up to company and corporate standards.

Staffing duties include the supervision of 1GM / 1AGM / 3 Shift managers and 10-15 hourly employees per unit, as well as management recruiting, interviewing, training, coaching, salary determination, performance evaluations, promotions and dismissals.

Managed well known fast casual restaurant with an annual income of $900k.

Responsibilities included scheduling, food ordering, hiring, staff development, training, banking, inventory and cost control and opening and closing the restaurant.

Supervised a staff of 3 assistant managers and 15-18 hourly employees.

Increased sales from 900k to $1.5 million, which increased profit from 12.5% to 15%. This was accomplished through tighter cost controls, re-staffing, and re-training of the staff.
