Develop and maintain relationships with landlords of ACT consumers. Be available to landlords and respond quickly to all concerns by landlords regarding ACT consumers in order to eliminate the need for eviction, code, or legal problems.
Develop and maintain relationships with family members, neighbors, or other natural supports that can support the ACT consumers in maintaining their housing and reduce the need for eviction.
