Most recent- SME- Subject Matter Expert at the Raleigh, NC refinance site. Training and supporting new closers, Processors and management on the Wells Fargo processing systems, policies, and procedures. I was onsite from August 2010 Through February 2011. During this time, I was also responsible for the implementation of the sites HARP processing team as a closing Expert.
