Professional, Enthusiastic and versatile individual, I am 39 years old with more than 10 years of working experience with NGOs and refugees (education and entrepreneurship) including 6 years of working with Arc en Ciel, with the ability to learn new skills quickly and use my own initiative. Expertise in solution development, Business development and Account Management with a working experience for more than five years as a Trainer and Coach in Entrepreneurship with Syrian, Iraqi, Palestinian refugees and Lebanese citizens and as a VTE Teacher I have proven and improved my skills and characteristics. The Project had a Partnership with People in Need and was funded by SLOVAKaid. Identifying plans and resources required to meet project goals and objectives by setting realistic timelines and checkpoints for 3 sections in 4 different places:

• After school (agenda for Lebanese and Syrian students)

• VTE classes: barber and carpenter for men; tailor and beautician for women to give all the support to the refugee’s beneficiaries to make their own businesses as an entrepreneur’s people.

• BLN (basic literacy and numeracy) student (VTE and other students) in English and Arabic, designed for use with out of school children (ages 10- 14) by creating a classroom atmosphere that is conductive to learning using interactive teaching approaches.

Leading and developing high-quality programme plans including:

• Designing, implementing and ensuring appropriate monitoring of the implementation of the activities.

• Psych support for all the beneficiaries as the refugees as the Lebanese citizens

• Follow up the education progression of all the beneficiaries by regular visits to their schools and meetings with the teachers for evaluate their headway.

• Ensure that all the beneficiaries (specially the refugees) are subject to their educational rights in accordance with the human rights bill.

• Organizing scheduling, coordinating and planning for the activities and team work (group of 24 teachers, 20 outreach officers, drivers).

• Follow up, manage the budget of the project (expenditure planning and expenditure monitoring) and weekly reports to SLOVAKaid and People in Need.

• Regular visits of parents of students having problems in education and follow up with their school director.
