Provided IT support ranging from basic client assistance (exclusive to CEO/President/SVPs/Directors) to network hardware maintenance (including network wire, fiber cabling/servers/switches/wireless network/rack maintenance/security video system/etc. Was the “one-person” IT department providing all IT functions from procurement, hardware/software support, home/remote client support. Lenovo -- November 2019 to September 2021

Managed Premier Support technicians providing “white glove” service/support for customers’ Lenovo PC hardware/computers. Provided instructor/training for new employees.
