Ensuring necessary licenses and documentations required to operate business are up to date and renewed upon expiration

Attained 45% market share in the region within a space of 4 years from 25% Successfully achieved more than 85% area coverage in the region Led team growth initiatives by recruiting and onboarding new distributors, cashiers, technician's sales representatives and storekeepers to support business growth.
