Currently working General Aviation on Beechcraft, Cessna and Piper aircraft all makes and models. Supporting commercial aircraft on call for Columbus Airport for Sky West, FedEx and other commercial carriers that have services to airport.

May 2015 – May 2022 Quality Systems Specialist 4: Quality System Specialist for all Boeing South Carolina (BSC) activities in support for both 787 Composite Fabrication

(OWI / NCM Manufacturing system) and Assembly / Installation (Velocity Manufacturing System). Providing support on a designated team for Boeing South Carolina Site assembly to stream-line and reduce Jobs Behind Schedule (JBS) in early preparation for rate increase and 787-10 introduction to manufacturing line. This included addressing existing non-conformance conditions as well as newly identified non-conformances, generating EPD’s or NCR’s, coordinating with engineering or MRBD group to expedite turnaround time in support of production. Appointed role as support focal in training new and temporary quality members and as acting lead, when required, by quality management. Providing support for BSC Jet Propulsion Center. Worked with Dash 10 Quality Team on reviewing configuration and FLT TEST SOI’s and coordinating with affected ME departments on edits and updates. Working currently in the position as a Conformities Manager for BSC performing CODE 1 interior conformities, pre-ticket walk inspections for 787 deliveries while supporting Flight Line non-conformance findings and customer inspection pick-ups. Assigned in supporting SIG for NoE’s and Repair Station. Received 8130-3 signature authority.

January 2015 – May 2015, Everett, Washington: Conformity Team member KC-46 Tanker – Reviewed all associated Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) build and installation records related to tanker for assigned conformities per Certification Plan. Prepared records upon completion of each associated STC item for conformity by reviewing all build records for completion and accuracy, generating 8130-9’s, reviewing 8130-3’s from supplier, 8100-9’s and 8120-10’s generated by Unit Member

(UM). Presented packages per part of completion process to FAA designee inspectors, which upon acceptance, final memos were completed by Unit Members supporting verification of presented construction and installations satisfied STC / FAA requirements. Received awards and recognition from both Senior Quality and Production management.

January 2012 – May 2015, Charleston, SC: Quality System Specialist 3 - Assisted in reviewing proposals, regulatory, program and customer requirements to prepare quality assurance plans and tests for hardware processes and services. Maintained Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures. Collected and verified data to support the identification of root cause routine problems. Provided and applied ideas and concepts for corrective action development.
