•Receive calls from bus operators who need assistance with daily operation of bus service. I also act as On Air person 4 shifts a week, communicating with Road supervisors in the field and emergency agencies. Instruction daily consists of conveying reroutes to drivers, updating them on sudden road closures and blocking accidents, helping them if they get off route and answering any question they or their passengers may have. While acting as On Air person, duties consist of relaying information to Road supervisors about bus involved accidents, sleeper checks, road closures that are not scheduled and any activity they may need to meet a bus or operator for. We are required to work with several Computer systems to conduct our daily communications and monitoring of the transit system.

TRANSIT BUS OPERATOR 07/2013-08/2016 TriMet - Portland, OR

•Driving a fixed route daily serving customers in the greater Portland area. Duties include pre trip inspection of bus daily, issuing and checking for fare. Giving directions and route information.
