Sr. Scrum Master/ Project Manager

Project: The project is aimed at building CRM solutions across the patient touchpoints to develop a unified toolset. This will improve longitudinal patient interactions, add efficiency to existing processes, facilitate consolidation and modernization, minimizing upkeep for related legacy systems and workflows. The scope of project includes the following- 1. Patient Support Center (PSC): net new build of a patient contact tracking capability with integrations for most critical cross-functional systems (e.g. claims system, eligibility systems, billing, etc.) 2. Marketing: enhance current utilization of G360 (instance of Salesforce) to expand campaign automation capabilities and critical information collection.

3. Clinical outreach: net new build to overhaul current member outreach tool (MOT) to display near-real time, longitudinal patient interactions and coordinate custom prioritized pursuit lists. Role and Responsibilities

• Manage 17-member IT team, restructured and divided into multiple teams and manage them simultaneously at various stages in the IT project life cycle.

• Implement Scrum methodology across the Program using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) by incorporating program level feature grooming using PMC (Product Management Council), Program level planning in PI (Program Increment) planning event, Program level review after every PI to demonstrate solution demo.
