ABOUT YOU

Minimum 3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience in a large matrixed organization in a multi-functional role.

Disciplined, self-starter with a results-driven mindset required.

Proven track record in sourcing, cold calling, relationship building and networking, resulting in successful placements and retention.

Strong sourcing capabilities in internet search, name generation, social networking and passive candidate engagement.

Bonus points for prior experience developing intelligence such as competitor maps, talent market landscapes and pipeline analytics preferred.

Proven ability to develop successful relationships with business partners and team members in a virtual and site capacity.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Results-driven, able to demonstrate/quantify success relative to established targets and metrics.

Agility to work in constant change and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.

Bachelor's degree required.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will build trust and partner with business leaders to deliver end-to-end full-cycle recruitment according to process and educates leaders about the process where necessary.

Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications and business staffing needs.

Integrate with functional teams or assigned teams to understand their business, structure, and needs.

Prepare and negotiate job offers and relocation where applicable.

Execute process and communications, ensuring adherence to established Company standards and regulatory requirements.

Initiate proactive and just-in-time candidate sourcing through internet searches, social networking, LinkedIn, job boards and the ATS.

Develop creative sourcing and recruiting practices to expand talent portfolio and attract top talent candidates.

Network, build, and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing hires, including but not limited to senior leadership, operations, technology and product development.

Networks within the BPO industry and identifies talent in coordination with pipeline build and/or fit within Sitel culture.

You will act as “head hunter” for confidential or difficult-to-fill roles.
