Over 25 years of experience in North Indian Cuisine (Curry and tandoor). I started my career as a trainee cook at Hyde Park Restaurant & Bar, CST, Mumbai.

Thereafter I learnt the nuisances of Indian Curry and Tandoor for 3 years at Hotel Ritz Plaza Amritsar as Commis I. Worked as Chef de Partie for 3 years at Magnate Resorts, Ludhiana, I moved to Canada and worked there for 11 years cooking and serving bests of Indian Cuisine has to offer to the world.
