MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Developing ADNOC Distribution procedures and Asset Passport for Equipment/Piping To ensure that a quality system is implemented and maintained in accordance with the Client requirements.

Implement a project specific Quality plan, inspection test plans, quality risk assessment and recommend proper control measures

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide feedback for approval and implementation.

Management meetings, coordination and stream line the decision with Contractors for implementation.

Coordinate, monitor, conduct and record all inspection & tests as per Contract Plan & Specifications.

Responsibilities include carrying out a physical check of all received goods and spares to ensure these comply with quality requirements stipulated by the company s at Company workshop.

Check all documentation submitted with the goods and confirms these are in conformance with company requirements.

Maintain traceability and quality conformance records of received material

Carry out periodic checks of material to confirm the storage of these at the workshop is in accordance with manufacturer recommendations for prevention of material degradation where necessary.

Ensure all equipment fabrication and maintenance is carried out in accordance with established company procedures and OEM requirements, following a proper inspection & test plan

Physically examines all received goods to ensure that these are received free of defects or damages and that such goods have been delivered in a manner that does not compromise the quality of the received goods.

OFFSHORE EXPERIENCE

ADOC (Abu Dhabi Oil Company-Japan) as the Offshore Client Rep. for the installation of 10km pipelines and 1 fiber optic power cable on-board the installation barge, Regina 250, for the Hail Surface Facilities EPS Project. Installation includes trenching/dredging of shore approaches,6 shore pulls, mid water tie-ins, mattress installation, back filling of shore approaches, as laid surveys and pre commissioning(cleaning, gauging, hydro test, de watering) of each pipeline.

Plan and organize Test/Inspection activities for Inspectors during the Fabrication and Installation stages at site in accordance with Company and Contract specifications and procedures.

Physical materials, equipment audits, and surveillance inspections, monitor daily field construction operations to ensure compliance with approved Quality Plans.

Identify any detrimental trends and advise field based Construction Supervisor and Contractor of concerns.

Raise NCR’s and report procedural compliance and deficiencies and assure closure of all NCRs.

Inspect and monitor Contractor welding procedures, performance and approve NDT activities.

Monitor and approve hydro testing activities, witness and endorse final QA/QC test packs.

Review documentation received for Contractor procured material to ensure compliance with specification and company, project or industry standards.

Prepare weekly/Monthly QC status reports.

Promote awareness of the Company Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality policies, and procedures in order to achieve fit-for-purpose Construction and Commissioning engineering.

Co-ordinate the communication of Best Practices by active participations on reviews and propose improvement on QA/QC standards and guidelines.

Monitor contractor quality performance and adherence to specifications and relevant codes.

Monitoring the welding & NDT activity for onshore pipeline works.

Managed the Mechanical Integrity Fixed Equipment Program to assure compliance with ASME, API, NACE, and inspection guidelines dealing with piping, tanks, exchangers, and pressure vessels. Interpret and correctly apply inspection codes and procedures.

Pre commissioning and commissioning of mechanical equipment with respect to project Schedule.

Compiling “As built” drawing to reflect changes implemented during commissioning activities also

Compilations & confirming of completed Punch List items, participate in demonstration handover/
