Tech Stack:

A Java Spring Boot application that allows users to see Job Posts from an API. The user is able to save their personal information and application online to make applying easier.

The application consisted of two interconnected services.

The Spring Boot component of the application was used to host REST APIs for the frontend webpage and was responsible for the job posts feature of the application.

The Lambda component of the application utilized API Gateway and Lambda functions for the ability to apply.

The service utilized CloudFormation to create a CI/CD pipeline with several stages.

The CI/CD pipeline deployed the Spring Boot application, Lambda components and DynamoDB databases to AWS. As part of the pipeline deployment, the application was packaged up and deployed on Elastic Beanstalk in AWS.

Tech Stack:

Java backend RESTful API built in Spring Boot with a multi-page front-end web application using HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.

Collaborated with three other team members to design, develop and build an application for posting crimes that have happened to them, see other crimes and post details to help them solve the crimes committed against others.

Developed a RESTful API to control user functions using Java and the Spring Boot framework for the backend, with DynamoDB as a persistence layer, and HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript for the web front-end.

The application aimed to provide a flexible and customizable way for users to see and post local crimes using a RESTful API that served data to a JavaScript front-end based on dynamically chosen user inputs.

The application utilized DynamoDB for CRUD operations.
