Qualifications

Able to read and build to a blueprint, drawing, wiring diagram and other process specification.

Ability to work with every small parts using tweezers and other tooling as necessary.

Operate and calibrate the Lin Tech Signature Laser; use the Bausch and Lomb.

Air-spray paint gun for flat-clear.

Solder through hole, surface mount and strong hand solder small parts under microscope.

Work with ESD parts, rework, strong hand with solder wire and terminals( wire harness cable and connector).

Using hand tool, crimping tool fixtures, text equipment properly assemble sheet metal aircraft components.

Inspection with certified IPC Specialist including hand solder.

In-Process verification following the customers SCD and other document as required.

Knowledgeable of customers quality requirements and expectation.

Insuring that our products are delivered on time to our internal and customers.

Good understanding of blueprint, drawing.

Full quality as a Production Specialist III work experiences in operation.

Use marking-ink on the units and substrates.

Attached components and reflowed machines( BTU, Sikama).

Screen printing substrates

Familiar with Lean manufacturing and ISO-9000 and ISO-9001.
