FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE
PROJECT MANAGER AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGER

• Prepare and maintain sales collateral support materials for the rental space of the City’s theater, banquet hall and other properties
• Contracting, booking, and creating invoices, estimates, and contracts
MARKETING & MEDIA RELATIONS
• Liaison with potential advertisers to secure advertising dollars in pre- and post-production, syndication and distribution of television shows aired on major national and local networks for a syndicated production company
• Liaison with the corporate sponsor for all event issues and concerns
• Assist in securing advertising local and national sponsorships for television properties
• Scheduled and coordinated entertainment for sponsors, VIPs, and special guests for pre- and post-receptions for the annually televised concerts

EVENT MANAGEMENT & TRAINING
• Execute and lead details of all Arts and Education programming and the initiative of the "Classroom in the Art Gallery" educational
series designed for the Broward County School System, Miami-Dade School System, Private schools, VPK programs
• Work with upper management, co-workers, and other departments to coordinate the Kid's educational shows, theater tours, and enrichment activities that increase the exposure of the arts
• Create and identify a plan for outreach that ensure tri-county exposure of programming and exhibits for the Arts in education offerings of the cultural center
• Facilitate the exhibition installations and removal an art exhibits the City of Miramar’s Cultural Affairs Center
