-Managed 350 employees after selection and recruitment for the plant at a later stage.

-Implemented daily management tier structure to report operation metrics on safety, quality, and delivery.

-Successfully commissioned entire project to make 1M poly bags and 10MT laminates on daily basis to realize annual savings of $1.2M.
