SPECIFIC WORK/TASK EXPERIENCE:
ManTech International 1988-2011: Mr. Richardson is a Senior Field Surety Engineer on a contract with the Department of State. His duties include domestic and overseas responsibilities that are performed in the interest of providing secure life-cycle protection of IT equipment deployed to US Foreign Service posts. The following accomplishments reflect his dedication to his work.
Mr. Richardson has traveled globally on behalf of the United States Department of State and various other federal agencies to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various IT equipment to include computers, peripherals and analog and digital copiers. Mr. Richardson was also responsible for maintaining security protocol for numerous types of equipment in the U. S. Embassies worldwide. Richardson has also assisted with disaster recovery efforts at multiple U.S Embassies. In some instances, he has had to conduct these responsibilities in environments of civiel unrest and wars, political coups, and during cold and hot war periods. Mr. Richardson’s domestic responsibilities include conducting Non-Destructive Test & Analysis
(NDT&E) on IT equipment to ensure the technical security integrity of the equipment. He is responsible for ensuring that test equipment is properly calibrated, quality assurance levels are maintained and conducting equipment repair. He is also responsible for product evaluation, de-certifications, and technical vulnerability assessments and mitigation for a wide range of COTS, and GOTS equipment (including digital technologies) the use of radiography (CT Scan and X-ray), bench testing, visual inspection, and digital photography. Mr. Richardson is also responsible for material management and applying technical safeguards to cryptographic and secure communications equipment to ensure the technical integrity of the equipment that is deployed worldwide to provide secure communications for strategic and national security related communications on a global level.

Celtech Inc. 01-1983 thru 01-1988: Duties as an office equipment technician included maintaining and servicing typewriters, mag-card, computers and equipment in the Federal Triangle. Clientele included the Department of Justice, Internal Revenue Service, Commerce Department, Inter Commerce Department, Alcohol Tobacco and Fire Arms Administration, National Endowment for the Arts, National Archives, National Gallery of the Arts, Natural History Museum, Smithsonian Institute, National Air and Space Museum, US Postal Service, NASA, HUD, Treasury Dept., Dept. of Defense, Dept. of Agriculture, GSA and Dept. of State. Response Office Machines 11-1980 thru 11-1982: My duties as President and COO were to manage and to facilitate two sides of the corporation such as the office products division and the office equipment division that included 7 employees. The office products division included clientele such as Howard University, TMAN corp., The Brookings Institute and the Rand Corporation.
The office equipment division included service contracts and maintaining typewriters, adding machines and computers that included clients such as the D.C. Public Schools, The Rand Corporation and walk on clients.
I.B.M. Corp. 03-1977 thru 11-1980: My duties as a service technician were to service and maintain a large customer base and territory mainly as a copier technician with clients that included The Catholic University, Booz Allen, Howard University, Naval Lab, The Company and various professional offices.
Norths Office Machines 1975 thru 01-1977: My duties as a shop technician included the overhauling, rebuilding, refurbishing of many various types of office equipment. IBC 1973-1975: Duties as a technician were to repair typewriters and adding machines for the D.C. Public School system.
