1) First Equilease for Equipment and Transportation Co: A Kuwait closed shareholding co engaging in finance and operating equipment leasing services in Kuwait and GCC region. Presently Working as Senior Accountant Since June 2021

Key Responsibilities

Prepare Financial management report within the time period – Consolidated Profit and loss statement and balance sheet for the parent and subsidiaries by monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Prepare and send MIS reports to Associates companies by quarterly basis

Complete monthly financial closing process.

Prepare and send current lease project report to the management showing present deals information like lease cost, contract period, total contract value, lease receivable, collateral details etc.

Prepare Actual Cash flow in categorized by showing the movement of cash in and cash out in business

Prepare bank position, clients ageing report on daily basis

Review and approve all transactions entries in financial system.

Reconcile banks, ledger and sub ledgers on monthly basis.

Coordinate and actively interact with external auditors and internal auditors by providing accurate financial information to complete the audit financial report.

Coordinate with banks in daily financial operations and also in fulfilling Banks regulatory requirements like KYC updating, signature authorities by providing the required information.

Raising and sending Invoices for all clients based on monthly lease contract installments. 2) Gulf Food For Gen Trade and cont. Co, Kuwait: Kuwait based foodstuff company, specially trading imported Manuka honey products in Kuwait and GCC region. Worked as Senior Accountant from Nov 2020 to May 2021

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Financial management report to the management on monthly basis, Supervising the team in daily operation, Review and approve all financial transactions in system, Review daily sales and inventory report before sending to the concerned department, coordinate with sales stores, warehouse and distributors to make ensure all financial procedure are following. Review Monthly bank and leger reconciliation. Review monthly payroll and other staff settlement calculation from HR department. Coordinate with auditors by providing accurate financial information.

3) Alghanim Marine for Instruments & Marine Equipments, Kuwait: A group of company based in Kuwait, involved in business of marine boats & yachts, fishing, marine electronics, real estate and Oil and Gas. Worked as Senior Accountant from July 2017 to Oct 2020 Key Responsibilities:

Financial accounting responsibilities for the two subsidiary companies (Dalia Trading co and Alghanim Oil and Gas). Independly manage accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll and general ledger modules. Prepare and send Bank position and cash flow forecast to management on timely basis. Costing and pricing of various imported diversified equipment, safety products, related to drilling production for the major oil sector companies like KOC, KNPC.Maintain subsidiary companies accounts by monthly reconciling and resolving discrepancies if any. Worked as Accounts Supervisor from March 2016 to July 2017 Key Responsibilities:

Supervising the accounts staff in daily operations, Review and approve all daily entries in system by auditing the transactions, making customer ageing report and Age wise analysis of all suppliers for the payment, checking all the supplier payments on basis of reconciliation, Maintain cash flow by monitoring bank balance and cash requirements. Making all bank, supplier and intercompany reconciliation. Review monthly salary. Overtime, Trip allowance, Deductions, etc. Support the annual Audit by providing information and answer to Auditors. 5) Prime One Group for Construction, Trading and Contracting Co.W.L.L:Based in Kuwait has been providing design and construct contracting,Renovation,Refurbishment and Relocation services to the local market and to US /Coalition military location forces based in Kuwait Iraq,U.A.E and Qatar: Worked as Accountant(January 2011 to February 2016) Key Responsibilities:

Independly handle Accounts Payable. Preparing and submitting Bank Position Report to the management on daily basis. Record all the entries of financial transaction include prepaid, accruals and depreciation. Customer Ageing Report. Preparing different type of Bank Guaranties and LC for the tender Bid bond and for the projects. Review Payroll calculation for staff overtime, personnel charges, additions / deductions, annual leave salary and indemnity Submitting financial position of Ongoing projects to the management at regular intervals.
