I check and report patient vitals at least 3 times per 12-hour shift. I assist nursing staff with the care of patient needs. I have fed, cleaned, and bathed patients who could not preform those tasks for themselves. I have acted as a sitter for patients who could not be left unattended. I deliver food trays to patients, record how much they ate and collect the trays as well. I access computers to input charting information of patients.
