Crew Chief Paint Department
Manage and coordinated employees to run the paint system with auditing inventory discrepancies. Coordinated hot lists for parts needed at the assembly lines to insure they had what they needed to get units out the door in a timely manner. Material handling using a fork lift to provide materials and parts needed to run the paint department successfully. Also conducted daily start up meetings with all the paint department employees to discuss productivity, quality, attendance, what we needed to accomplish for the day to make sure our customers and assembly lines had what they needed, and any other issues that needed to be discussed to make sure we met the goals for the day. Also safety was a big importance, we made sure all employees were aware of all safety issues and were gone over thoroughly.
