Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement the project controls process and system.

• The inspection carries out state control in the field of construction and urban planning (except for road construction objects and objects not registered with the territorial control inspection.

• The inspection is a state management body and reports on its activities to the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

• implementation of state control over complex constructions of settlements, compliance with laws on urban planning, norms, rules and standards of urban planning, compliance with the requirements of normative documents on technical regulation in the field of construction.

• implementation of state control over the use of low-quality construction materials and items that affect the earthquake resistance of buildings and structures, as well as threaten human health and life, regardless of the organizational and legal form.

• implementation of technical control of the customer and author control of project organizations, state control over the implementation of the contractor's internal control system.
