Oversee multiple onshore/offshore software teams and contractors in the design, build, and implementation of critical systems and applications for this $8B healthcare leader. Lead software development, maintenance, and support for the revenue cycle management (RCM) systems and daily billing to thousands of insurance payors across multiple delivery streams. Define client and end-user requirements for projects, plan budgets, and allocate resources. Manage technology procurement and vendor contracts.
