Alliance Mortgage Group LLC /ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK 2015-2022
I have worked for Alliance Mortgage Group for the last 7 years as their Administrator Clerk. I was responsible for all their closed files and ensure that all closing documents were entered into clients' files, wires were deposited, and loan officer commissions were entered and correct. I did their mailers to clients and made sure that deposits into bank accounts matched the commissions being paid out. I helped with the processing of payroll and keeping track of employees PTO hours. I reset passwords for when needed and any other jobs that were requested of me.
I retired from Banking in 2014 and then went to work for Alliance Mortgage in 2015 as a part-time employee. I knew the owners of Alliance Mortgage Group from when I was in banking, and they called me when they opened their mortgage company to see if I would be willing to work for them part time. I was laid off in December due to the decline in the mortgage business.

Then I was promoted to the Professional Banking Department where I worked for 5 years. American National then started opening branches in the St Paul area and I moved to their first branch as their Administrative Executive for the VP of the Branch and later was promoted of a Teller Supervisor and them Loan Officer. I worked a total of 23 years at American National Bank.
