Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor - Manage a JLL team of between 2 and 5 Material Handlers that assist client staff with preparing hazardous materials for shipment within the client’s corporate headquarters campus. Provide training/presentations as needed on specific topics applicable to the account team members. Develop and provide health and safety training on a variety of topics to JLL team members.

Evaluated vendors, selected disposal options, and provided oversight of facility operation. Facility generated $400,000 in outside business and provided $1,000,000 in value to the company.

Senior Environmental Analyst (Environmental and Regulatory Affairs Department) - Reorganized a corporate level manual to be readily usable for employees by transferring existing information into a format that could easily be updated and maintained. Increased self-sufficiency of employees at over 40 company locations. Presented training sessions necessary for company waste coordinators to maintain qualifications.

Senior Chemist - Sherburne County Generating Plant - Supervised the effort to obtain state laboratory certification by preparing programs, procedures and formal application. Avoided out-sourcing work, saving $40,000 per year. Spearheaded the effort to improve chemistry laboratory performance by developing new quality assurance program, and modifying computerized laboratory information system. Resulted in increased accuracy, precision and confidence in data produced. Developed and presented environmental awareness training that formed the basis for company wide training.
