forms, adjudicates for provision of deductibles, co pay, co insurance maximums and provider settlements, entered claims data into system and resolved problems resulting from claim settlement. Weekly reviews of audited randomly selected claims to ensure quality processing. Researched claim overpayments and requested funds, followed adjudication policies and procedures to make sure proper payment of claims and provides timely customer service to providers, billing departments and other insurance companies.

2016 – Present – Amazon – Part Time Sortation Associate - Sorting packages based on size and destination, includes envelopes; and place all scanned packages on to the correct pallets, wrapping pallets when time allows, splitting packages on the belt and picking off packages and placing them in the correct location.
