This included planning, writing and developing the Ohio Board of Regents proposal, attending meetings at the State level, as well as implementing a majority of the course content.

During this time, I also acted as a part-time Student Advisor for the Student Services Division. Providing scheduling, financial aid and classroom retention advice to aid students in their post-secondary goals. In this time I also taught for the ECHS program at Timken High School, funded in part by the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation.

I have participated on many boards and committees including Personnel Concerns, Distance Learning, Early College High School development as well as several student organizations.
