• Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting process, inclusive of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for LATAM’s nine subsidiaries. Consolidate all Latin America financials on a monthly basis and provide VP of Finance and President/ CEO with monthly, quarterly and annual financial projections for the region

• Supervise and provide guidance for the annual budget by communicating assumptions including costing, FX rates, CAPEX thresholds, presentation materials, and profitability/ EBITDA checks to senior executive management, business units leads and HQ department managers

• Support new product development by providing financial analysis including P&L projections, IRR and ROI analysis for all products, prior to testing and then launching of product. This process covers all SKUs in all regions and is broken out into four primary phases with financial checks done at initial product development review and at final phase of the development process

• Collaborate with demand planning by providing long-term financial analysis of SKU specific profitability to improve quality of inventory on-hand and ensure DOH metrics improve. Periodic SKU rationalization of over 5,000 SKUs, excluding parts and accessories

• Monitor Distribution, Freight and Warehousing costs for all LATAM to ensure subsidiaries are in line with prior year or plan and Expenses as % of Gross Sales ratio does not deteriorate.

• Development of business intelligence reporting tool to identify price, volume, FX impact of both gross sales and direct margin, at the customer level and product group and SKU level for nine subsidiaries

• Lead the integration of recently migrated SAP related data into the new Business Intelligence platform. Provide category specific web reports to each category leader for Marketing and Sales

• Support LATAM region with ad-hoc reporting and analysis, for commercial purposes; including margin analysis both customer specific and product specific analysis

• Main lead in continuous development and maintenance of a monthly business review deck for all regions. This includes automatic pulls from reporting system that covers P&L, working capital analysis and cash flow projections to ensure country-wide uniformity and ability to tie to company specific financial statement in local currency and US dollars

• Preparation of appropriation requests related to CAPEX. Manage adherence to the CAPEX budget of each of the nine strategic business units

• Prepare five-year global long range plan as well as the strategic plan that is presented annually to Senior Executive staff and Corporate headquarters
