Created the SQL database schema and data layer so that the web application can adapt to that data definition without the underlying application needing modification or re-release.

Re-architected IE to allow for role-based access control to data.

Served as a lead developer implementing Solr as the search engine for IE. Configured Solr to import data from an SQL server.

Worked with the Navy Systems Engineering Resource Center (NSERC) to get IE working in a Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) environment.
