Purchase Order preparation, Change Order preparation, handling numerous service contracts, created requisitions, researched transition reports to ensure all purchase orders migrated to new system

Document Control - Receiving, issuing, and tracking approximately 3,000 work packages for plant maintenance outage. Maintained new documents received list, identifying packages beyond scope.

Responsible for receiving, distributing, and maintaining all project related documents for multiple projects regulated by the FDA, including purchase orders, subcontracts, and drawings in secure files.

Maintained transmittal logs, drawing lists, vendor document logs, submittal logs and archiving all applicable project documents.
