To whom it may concern,
It is with great enthusiasm that I submit my application. I am eager to learn and keep a positive attitude along the way. I am ready to commit my focus and attention at the best of my abilities to become an attribute to the Clinical team and peers. In my past, I have had wonderful mentors that have shown me skills to conduct professionalism to others and am always willing to learn and successfully take on new job roles. I have developed skill sets from both my previous roles in customer Service sectors, as well as 3+ years combined medical background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Rehabilitation Technician, Certified Firefighter and Motts Patient Care Tech Assistant role. I held several fast-paced professional office position that required communication with upper management and the ability to work independently with a strong focus on client confidentiality, which in turn helped me gain confidence and experience in working independently and in a team structure. What I will bring to your team:
Over 20 years of knowledge and experience in Sales, Communication and Customer Service, specifically, having a strong Humanitarian drive, my most recent volunteer opportunity was a Director for a Non-Profit start up in Human Trafficking. I held a vast of responsibilities, which range from donor and sponsorship level portfolios, while analyzing data on annual donation participation. These attributes assisted with developing my excelled attention to detail.
A think out of the box, focused, continuous improvement mindset – In 2013, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, being aware of not just your patients but your whole surrounding is key. An example: I noticed another employee showing signs of distress. Minutes later the employee had a seizure in the hallway. I was able to assist in comfort and promptly call emergency team.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships developed from many years of customer service in multiple industries. I enjoy collaborating with both internal and external customers. I have worked in cross functional roles and I truly enjoy interacting closely with other teams to achieve company goals. In closing, I am enthusiastic at the possibilities and potential I see in this unique position. I bring a positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and discover how I can continue to deliver value to your company.
I appreciate your consideration and look forward to hearing from you Respectfully,
Melissa Jenkins
