Managed the daily operations for a high volume trucking terminal by leading a support team of 18-20 members. Responsibilities included but not limited to; safety, routing, dispatching, manpower planning, and full human resource; from hiring process, training coaching, counseling to separation process. I was responsible for all customer service aspects of in/out-bound freight and served as a breakdown coordinator and was the maintenance manager for the trucking fleet with all DOT (Department of Transportation) compliance responsibilities.

• Increased productivity 22% by motivating support team with positive reinforcement and setting achievable goals

• Enforced safe work practices; daily, hourly and by the minute, resulting in an 88% decrease of OSHA safety incident rate / only one minor off site reportable incident
